It’s completely official now. We are first time homeowners. We signed all the paperwork today and got the keys around 1:30 p.m. this afternoon. I unfortunately had to work, but Jason, like the wonderful and great husband he is, started loading and hauling stuff over to the new place. As soon as I got off work and got to our apartment I pitched in and we got another load over to the new place right before family and friends started arriving.
As cliche as it sound it really does take a village, and it took a village to get us into this house whether it be by professional or personal means. We needed support in both areas are were lucky enoguh to have it. Thanks to great friends and family and great professional contacts we were able to close on our first home and really start our married lives together in flat out three weeks. This is an amazing feat. We owe it all to those who supported us.
If you live in the Tampa Bay area and need a great broker or Realtor team, we have your crew. I’d recommend those we’ve worked with to anyone! It’s a satisfying feeling putting the key into the lock at your first new home and opening the door. It’s unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced. I’ve felt love, I’ve felt family and friends, but a new home is just like that and feels just like that….home. And it’s our home. Thanks to everyone!
